At Elmur Community Services our clients are what matters most, so we are dedicated to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of those we support. In the midst of these unprecedented times as we all navigate life during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented some changes to ensure we protect you. 

Here are a few of the ways we have adjusted our support provision in response to COVID-19:

Increased PPE & Hygiene

  • Increased handwashing and cleaning at all homes and office
  • Providing masks for all staff
  • Implementing social distancing procedures where possible

Health Monitoring

  • Temperature checks for all home and office visitors
  • Temperature checks for all staff prior to shift commencement 

Tracking Travel

  • Providing SafeWA QR codes and signing sheets for all home and office visitors to check in
  • Maintaining accurate travel records

Communication

  • Providing a direct update system with those we support and their loved ones of any and all COVID-19 related changes
  • Remaining responsive and up to date with all current government mandates
