Elmur Community Services supports NDIS participants across Canning Vale and Perth’s southern suburbs including Southern River, Harrisdale, Piara Waters, Thornlie and nearby communities. We provide personalised disability support focused on helping participants build independence, confidence and meaningful daily routines.

Our supports are tailored to individual goals and may include assistance with daily living, Supported Independent Living (SIL), accommodation services, community participation, respite care and nursing support. We work closely with participants, families and support coordinators to ensure support plans remain flexible and aligned with changing needs.
